We accept the following types of payment methods:
PayPal is our only method of payment as it gives you protection, by allowing you to shop online without giving out your financial details. It is also, in most cases (excluding e-cheque), a form of instant payment so it will allow us to post your items within 24 hours. All major credit cards are accepted by PayPal, this enables you to make a secure purchase, even if you don't have a PayPal account.
Goods will be posted within 24 hours of payment being received. We can also offer Express postage if you require your item quicker than our outlined postage times. Please just contact us or select ‘Express′ in checkout (Sent ‘Same Day’ if purchased before 11am AEST).
We ship via Australia Post and we can deliver to your choice of address including PO Boxes. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at checkout. Delivery time will vary depending on your location and should be no more than 2-7 working days within Australia. Please be aware that Australia Post does not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
Most of our items are shipped via ‘standard mail + tracking and signature’ to ensure that there is no issues with their arrival. Please note that ‘tracked′ parcels will not be left if there is nobody home at the time of delivery. A card will be left in your mailbox and pickup will need to be arranged from your local post office. You can also track the status of your item by entering the tracking number supplied in your order details on the Australia Post website (http://auspost.com.au/track/), where the details of its location and journey, will be available. Please note that sometimes it can take 24-48 hours for details to appear.
Items that do not have ‘tracked mail’ as standard, will not be able to be tracked through Australia Post. It is recommended that ‘tracking’ is selected as additional insurance that your item arrives to your door safely.
You are welcome to return your item in unworn, brand new condition, within 30 days of your purchase. All returns due to 'change of mind' are at the cost of the buyer. Unfortunately we can not afford to offer free returns. We kindly request that you contact us on: firstname.lastname@example.org, to arrange your exchange, and to ensure we can put your requested size aside for you (prior to returning your item). Please then include a self addressed, prepaid satchel in with your return to assist our team with a smooth and quick exchange.
If you would like to return your item for a refund, you are welcome to do so within 30 days, as long as the item is in brand new, unworn condition. There is a 20% restocking fee for all items returned for a refund. As soon as the return is received, we will send you through a refund, minus the 20% restocking fee.
